We are looking for a detail-oriented taskmaster with a deep interest in technology and software. An individual who can understand the complex workings of a software system and build simple and efficient processes to govern customer support for it.
What are you expected to do?
- Understand the car rental industry, the audience, and the application ecosystem we have built in great detail.
- Have a good understanding and experience of support management tools. Deep knowledge of Freshdesk is an added advantage.
- Managing a team of support executives and making sure that each ticket is responded to in a timely manner.
- Focus on response time and response accuracy improvement.
- Build support and post-sales service processes that reduce manual effort and automate workflow.
- Build reports and governance processes that give key insights into support performance.
- One-to-one account management of key clients.
- Build, own, and manage customer training programs.
- Make sure that all new customers complete transition management programs effectively.
- Run support staff training sessions for new functionality development.
- Answer support calls and emails when needed and make sure all tickets have an accurate response.
- Go through queries raised by customers in great detail, testing all aspects of the issue raised before delivering the ticket to support.
- Understanding the deep workings of the industry and our product, so much so that you are able to test and add value to the new functionality released.
- Build efficiency in whatever you are doing.
- Share learnings with everyone and consistently find ways to be more productive.
