1. General Refund Principles

  • Subscription-Based Service: Indecab operates on a subscription model. We do not issue refunds, as it is a post-utilisation model.
  • Non-Transferable: Subscriptions and associated refunds are non-transferable.
  • Discretionary Refunds: While we adhere to the policy outlined below, all refunds are ultimately at the sole discretion of Indecab.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1. New Subscriptions

  • Trial Period: If you are a new subscriber and cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial signup, you may be eligible for a full refund. This typically applies to a "no questions asked" grace period.
  • Beyond Trial Period: After the initial 7 day trial period, new subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except in cases of service interruption (see 2.3) or as otherwise specified.

2.2. Account Termination by Indecab

  • If your account is terminated by Indecab due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the remaining subscription period.

3. Refund Processing

  • Review Period: All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been approved and processed by Indecab.
  • Currency: All refunds will be processed in the currency in which the original purchase was made.

4. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Add-on services or one-time purchases (unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase).
  • Fees for custom development or consulting services.
  • Subscriptions where promotional discounts or special offers were applied, unless the terms of the specific promotion explicitly allow for refunds.
  • Any charges for data usage, overages, or third-party integrations.

Indecab reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
