Product Builder (PM)

You care deeply about building high-quality, intuitive products and enjoys working closely with engineers, users, and real-world workflows? If yes, then this role is for you. Yes you!

This is not a “write PRDs and move on” role — you will be expected to think, build, iterate, and own outcomes end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Own product areas end-to-end — from problem discovery to shipped features
• Work closely with founders, engineering, and operations to define priorities
• Talk to customers regularly (operators, drivers, corporates) to understand real problems
• Translate messy real-world workflows into clean, simple product experiences
• Design flows and features with a strong focus on usability and clarity
• Write clear specs when needed — but prefer clarity over documentation volume
• Ship fast, measure impact, and iterate continuously
• Maintain a high bar for UI/UX quality across web and mobile apps

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in product management (or similar ownership role)
• Strong product sense — you can tell what makes a product feel “right”
• Good understanding of modern app building (APIs, frontend-backend interactions, async systems)
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Comfortable working closely with engineers (you don’t need to code, but should think like a builder)
• Attention to detail — especially in UX, edge cases, and real-world usage
• Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, low-process environment

Bonus points if you

• Have worked on SaaS or workflow-heavy products
• Care deeply about design and product polish
• Have experience with logistics, mobility, or operations-heavy systems
• Have built side projects or products yourself
• Are comfortable using tools like Figma, Linear, or similar
